Details:
Are you over 18?
Are you interested in a career in Outdoor Education?
Do you enjoy working with children?
Do you already have an interest in one or more outdoor activities?

If so, a year’s Trainee Instructor placement at Nant BH Outdoor Education Centre could be just the opportunity you need to get started.

Beginning in September each year, you will gain valuable experience working alongside our experienced outdoor staff team. We’ll ensure you receive National Governing Body Award training and / or assessment in relevant activities, along with guidance to improve your skills.

At the end of the year you will have gained valuable experience of Outdoor Education and a good knowledge of venues in North Wales and will be ready to move on to the next stage in your career.

During the year we will provide you with cottage accommodation, food and a monthly ‘pocket money’ income. As soon as you have gained enough experience and qualifications there is the potential opportunity to work as a fully paid instructor at the Centre. In return we’ll expect you to act in a professional manner and to take every opportunity to make the most of your year.
